What we collect
When you fill out a quote or contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and any details you add, such as a radon test result or your foundation type. We do not ask for payment information through this website.
How the form works
Our forms are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form-handling service. When you press submit, your entries are sent through FormSubmit to our email inbox. FormSubmit processes that data only to deliver it to us. You can review FormSubmit's own privacy practices on its website.
How we use your information
We use what you send us only to reply to you, answer your questions, schedule an assessment, and prepare a quote. We may contact you by phone, text or email about the request you made.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists for other companies. We share your information only when needed to provide the service you asked for, or if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site keeps cookies to a minimum. We do not use cookies for advertising. If we use a basic analytics tool to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful, it may set a small cookie and collect general information such as your browser type and the pages viewed. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond to you and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Just send the request through our quote form and note that it is a privacy request.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
